Who we are

Booster. A small AI-native agency from Wrocław. We build custom B2B software: sales platforms, automations, CRM and ERP implementations, and deployments and configuration of large language models.

Two of our own systems in production. Several client platforms live. Another one in the works.

The most important thing to know about us: we build with agents and automate our own work. Claude, OpenCode and Codex are everyday tools for us, not experiments, not marketing copy. We design repositories for agent-driven work: spec-first, strict TypeScript, tests that actually mean something, tooling that lets one person do the work of five.

This isn’t about cutting headcount. It’s the company model we want to build: a small team of seniors delivering what a 50-person agency would. No management layers. No new hire for every new project.

Every process that repeats itself a third time is a candidate for automation. Delivery included.

We’re looking for a founding member, not an employee. Someone who joins our founding team and helps shape it from the inside. Over the next 2-3 years, we’re scaling at least tenfold.

Why this role

Sales is moving faster than delivery. That’s a good problem, but it is a problem.

We have more projects than bandwidth to close them. Someone needs to take ownership of making sure what we promised a client actually lands in production and works, using the company’s resources and with the support of collaborators.

We’re looking for a co-founder, not an employee. Someone who joins our organisation and helps it grow, so that over the next 2-3 years we scale at least 10x.

What you’re responsible for

  • End-to-end delivery. From signed contract to a working system at the client’s. Your scope, your deadline, your call on what to cut to make it.
  • The delivery process. Definition of done, work standards, metrics, early signals that a project is starting to slip. Right now that’s gut feeling across a few people. With a dozen projects running, gut feeling stops being enough.
  • Bringing order to what’s already in flight. Our projects are at various stages: some in production, some just past the foundation. You open an unfamiliar repo, figure out where the problem is, and design the next steps. Scope, sequencing, release plan, clear ownership split.
  • Client management. Relationship, spotting growth areas, upsell, deepening the partnerships we already have. You understand what the client actually needs, can assess how hard it is, and say no in a way that leaves you with a better relationship than before the meeting.
  • Estimates and realistic commitments. We work fixed-price and T&M. If something can’t be done in six weeks, we want to know before the contract is signed, not in week five.
  • Hands in the code. We don’t expect you to be coding most of the time, but reviews, trickier sections, and bug fixes are yours. After testing a feature, you fix what can be fixed instead of filing a ticket and waiting for someone. The more independently, the better.
  • Goal for year one: delivery that scales without adding headcount. A repeatable process, measurable timelines, clients who come back. You define the metrics with us, then they’re yours.

You’re a fit if

  • You’re a strong engineer who has led projects end-to-end. Tech lead, head of engineering, CTO or COO of a small startup, solo founder after a closed project or an exit.
  • You’ve delivered on time, for a paying client. Software house, agency, consulting, your own company. You know what a project looks like when it’s falling apart, and you know what to do about it.
  • Willingness to take ownership of outcomes. That projects get delivered, clients are satisfied, and the business grows. As a co-founder, not an employee.
  • You work with agents in code. Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, Codex. Automations too. If you have your own micro-products and tools built after hours, we want to see them.
  • You think in business terms. Code is a tool, not a goal. You ask why are we building this on your own, without being invited to.
  • You have an appetite for risk. Equity and a say in the company’s direction on one side, accountability for results on the other.
  • Polish and English, both at client-conversation level.

Bonus points

  • You’ve managed delivery at an agency or software house with several projects running in parallel.
  • You know the CRM/ERP world from real implementations, not from slide decks.
  • You’ve built a process from scratch, not just worked inside someone else’s.
  • You have a product of your own that had real users.

Our stack

Frontend: Vite + React SPA, TanStack Router, TanStack Query. Workers: BullMQ. Database: PlanetScale Postgres + PostGIS, Drizzle. Cache / queues: Redis. Storage: Cloudflare R2. Hosting: Railway, Cloudflare Pages, PlanetScale, Supabase. Monorepo: Turborepo + pnpm workspaces, go-task, Docker Compose. Language: TypeScript 5.9, strict. AI: Claude, OpenAI, Bielik, open-source models, n8n, RAG.

Also Next.js, Supabase, Open Mercato, Monday, ClickUp, Pipedrive. You don’t need to know every item on the list. You need to be able to walk into such a project and know where the problem is by the end of day one.

What we’re not looking for

We’ll be direct, to save both sides time.

  • Someone who needs a large team to have people to delegate to.
  • Someone who brings a problem instead of a solution in the area they own.
  • Someone who needs a ready-made backlog and a locked brief before they can start.
  • Someone who needs supervision or external motivation. Initiative comes from you, because you’re on the founding team, not alongside it.

What we offer

  • Equity. Specific terms are discussed openly in the final stage of conversations.
  • 12,000-18,000 PLN net on B2B plus bonuses.
  • Real influence. A few people, zero management layers, decisions made the same day.
  • Agent-first in practice. Your own automations, continuously cutting repetitive work, an organisation built around a high degree of autonomy.
  • Remote or hybrid from Wrocław.

Process

  1. Call with CEO Szymon, 45 minutes. Context, expectations, and a mutual check on whether it’s worth talking further.
  2. Session with the CTO and CEO. We’ll give you a real repo and a real problem, and we want to hear your approach and solutions. We’re curious how you think.
  3. One or two days of paid work together. You close a real piece of work with us.
  4. Discussion about equity, terms, and division of responsibilities.

How to apply

Send us:

  1. CV or LinkedIn.
  2. A project you delivered from start to finish. What the input was, what went wrong, how it ended. How large was it?
  3. A project you took over from someone else. What state it was in when you got it and what you did in the first week, how the project played out. How large was it?
  4. Two sentences on how you use agents and AI in your day-to-day work.
