Full-Stack Engineer (Junior / Mid)

Who we are

We're Booster, a five-person AI-native agency from Wrocław. We ship custom B2B software in weeks, not quarters. Sales platforms, legal automation, ERP and CRM implementations. Real systems for clients whose roadmaps said “next year”. Our work runs in production today: LegalFlow, Lead Booster, a media sales platform, and more.

We don't talk about AI. We build with AI agents (OpenCode, Claude, Codex) every day. Our codebases are designed for agent-driven development: spec-first workflows, strict typing, solid tests, and tooling that lets one engineer move like five.

What you'll do

  • Build full-stack features on a lean stack: TypeScript, React (Next.js or Vite), and Postgres at the core. Plus Drizzle, TanStack, shadcn/ui, and whatever lightweight tool actually fits the problem.
  • Work agent-first. Drive AI coding agents (OpenCode, Claude) through spec, implementation, and review loops. Help us sharpen the workflows that make agents reliable.
  • Build AI-powered features: LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, n8n automations, document generation, AI agents inside client workflows.
  • Talk to the problem, not just the ticket. Understand the client's business bottleneck, propose the simplest thing that solves it, ship it within weeks.
  • Own things end to end: schema, API, UI, deployment, and the “does this actually help the client?” question.

Who you are

  • A full-stack developer or an aspiring one. Junior or mid. We care more about trajectory than years.
  • Curious about how things work. You don't just use a framework. You want to know what's under it.
  • Self-driven. Side projects, freelance work, open source. Something you built because you couldn't help yourself. Show us.
  • Business-oriented. Code is a tool for solving business problems, not the goal. “Why are we building this?” is a question you actually ask.
  • Experienced with AI-assisted development, or genuinely eager to be. If you've shipped real work with Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, or Codex, that's exactly the profile we want.
  • Solid TypeScript and real Postgres/SQL skills. You can model a schema, write a query, and reason about your data. Not just call an ORM and hope.
  • Comfortable with the Vercel stack (Next.js, serverless, preview deployments), or quick to get there.

Nice to have

  • Supabase or similar ready-made backends. We'd rather reuse a solid existing solution than build one from scratch.
  • LLM APIs, RAG, prompt and agent design, LangChain, n8n
  • Drizzle/Prisma, TanStack Query/Router, shadcn/ui
  • Observability: Sentry, OpenTelemetry, structured logging. You like knowing what your code does in production.
  • Cloudflare, Railway, Docker, basic CI/CD
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Polish and English.

What we offer

  • Real production work from day one. Your code goes live for paying clients in weeks.
  • An AI-first engineering culture. You'll learn to orchestrate agents at a level most teams won't reach for years.
  • Small team, huge ownership. Five people, no layers, no corporate drag.
  • Lean modern stack, zero legacy. We pick boring-but-fast tools and ship.
  • Competitive salary (B2B or UoP), flexible remote/hybrid.
  • A direct line to the founders and a say in how we build.

How to apply

Send us:

  1. Your CV or LinkedIn,
  2. Something you built: a repo, a deployed project, an automation, anything,
  3. A few sentences on a business problem you solved with software (or with an AI agent), and how.

We reply to every application. Interviews include a short practical session: building a small feature with an AI agent, the way we actually work.
